These terms apply to your use of WorldFreightHub (https://worldfreighthub.net). By using the site you accept them.
1. What this site is
WorldFreightHub is a freight information reference covering the China–GCC corridor. It is not a freight forwarder, carrier, customs broker or legal advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to carry goods, a quotation, or professional advice.
2. Rates and data are estimates
All freight rates, transit times, duty, VAT and cost figures on this site are indicative reference estimates, clearly labelled HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW confidence where data quality permits. Rates move constantly with fuel, season and geopolitical risk. Always confirm figures with a licensed carrier or customs broker before making commercial decisions. See the methodology and data changelog for how figures are produced and updated.
3. No liability for decisions based on site data
We work to keep information accurate and source-backed, but we make no warranty that any figure is current at the moment you read it. To the extent permitted by law, WorldFreightHub and its operator are not liable for losses arising from reliance on site information, including shipping delays, customs penalties, price differences or missed commercial opportunities.
4. Third-party providers and external links
The directory lists freight providers, and quote requests are routed to providers on your selected corridor. Any engagement between you and a provider — pricing, carriage, insurance, disputes — is a contract between you and that provider. External links to port authorities, customs authorities and other sources are provided for reference; we do not control their content.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, republish or resell site data at scale without permission.
- Do not use the quote form to send spam or false requests.
- Do not attempt to disrupt site availability.
6. Intellectual property
Site text, tables and data compilations are the property of the operator unless a third-party source is attributed. Short quotations with a link to the page are permitted.
7. Corrections
Errors should be reported through the corrections page; we review and record every correction on the data changelog.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
