1. Informational purpose only

WorldFreightHub (https://worldfreighthub.net) is operated by YIWU DINGWEI TRADING COMPANY, established in 2025. The site is an informational and research resource for the China–GCC freight corridor. It is not a freight forwarder, carrier, customs broker, marketplace or legal advisor, and it does not itself carry or clear goods.

All content on this site — routes, ports, countries, methods, tools and directory listings — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer to carry goods, a binding quotation, a promise of transit time, or professional advice of any kind.

2. Rates, quotes and transit times are estimates, not commitments

Every freight rate, transit time, duty, VAT and cost figure on this site is an indicative reference estimate, not a live price or a guaranteed schedule. Figures are labelled HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW confidence where data quality permits. A figure shown as a range or a single value is a research estimate, not a promise that your shipment will cost or take that amount.

Freight rates move constantly with fuel prices, seasonal demand, carrier capacity, port congestion and geopolitical risk. A rate published today may not be available tomorrow, and a rate shown for one lane may not apply to a specific shipment with its own weight, volume, commodity and delivery terms.

3. Quotes are not offers and expire

When you request a quote through the get-quote form, any rate or transit time a provider returns is that provider's estimate for your stated shipment details, not a firm offer by WorldFreightHub. A provider's quote may be subject to:

The actual rate is only fixed when you receive a written booking confirmation from the carrier or forwarder. Until that written confirmation is issued, no figure — on this site or in a quote you receive — is a binding price. Always obtain written confirmation of the rate, the transit time and the charges included before booking.

4. Third-party carriers, forwarders and agents

This site lists freight providers and, through the quote form, routes your request to a provider on your selected corridor. The carriage of your goods, and any pricing, insurance, cargo loss or damage, delay or dispute arising from that carriage, is a matter between you and that provider under that provider's own terms and conditions. WorldFreightHub is not a party to that contract.

We do not act as your agent, and we do not take custody of goods, money for freight, or insurance premiums on your behalf. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any carrier, forwarder, customs broker or agent you engage, whether or not they are listed in our directory.

5. Port, duty and destination charges can change

Figures for import duty, VAT, port charges, demurrage, detention, inspection fees and other destination costs are indicative and can change without notice. They depend on factors outside our control, including:

Confirm the exact duty, VAT and destination charges for your specific commodity and shipment with a licensed customs broker or the destination authority before relying on any figure.

6. Not logistics, legal or trade-compliance advice

Nothing on this site constitutes logistics, legal, tax, customs or trade compliance advice. Information about certifications (such as SABER/SASO for Saudi Arabia), import regulations or dangerous-goods rules is provided for general awareness and may be incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for the lawful classification, packing, documentation and compliance of your goods, and for obtaining qualified professional advice where your shipment requires it.

7. Accuracy and reliability

We work to keep information accurate and source-backed, and we publish a confidence label with each figure so the reliability is explicit. But we do not guarantee that any figure is current at the moment you read it, and we do not guarantee that the site is free of errors or omissions. Sources change, and data may lag the market.

A confidence label of HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW describes how well a figure is supported by its source at the time of publication — it is not a guarantee of correctness, and a HIGH-confidence figure can still become stale as the market moves.

8. Dangerous goods, certification and commodity-specific rules

Some commodities — including batteries, chemicals and other regulated or dangerous goods — are subject to special classification, packaging, labelling and documentation requirements. General information on this site about such requirements (for example, SABER/SASO conformity for Saudi Arabia, or UN dangerous-goods classification) is provided for general awareness only and may be incomplete or out of date for your specific product.

You are solely responsible for correctly classifying your goods, declaring them accurately, and complying with all applicable dangerous- goods, certification and customs requirements. Confirm the requirements for your exact commodity with a qualified professional before shipping.

9. Currency and conversion

Cost figures may be shown in more than one currency. Where a figure is converted, the conversion is indicative and based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of publication. Actual settlement is in the currency and at the rate agreed with the carrier or forwarder.

10. Force majeure and circumstances beyond control

Neither we nor any carrier can guarantee a transit time where events outside anyone's control — weather, port closures, labour action, customs holds, conflict or public health measures — intervene. Any transit time on this site is an estimate under normal conditions and is subject to such events.

11. No warranty

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldFreightHub and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the site will be available at all times, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldFreightHub and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or your reliance on its information. This includes, without limitation, shipping delays, customs penalties, cargo loss or damage, price differences and missed commercial opportunities.
