Corrections & Updates
Freight data changes often. This page explains how to report a mistake, how we review it, how a correction is recorded, and when pages are updated.
Report an error
If you find incorrect or outdated data, send a report to [email protected]. Include:
- the page URL;
- the specific fact or figure that is wrong;
- the correction and, where possible, the source supporting it.
We review one issue at a time so each report can be traced against the published data.
How reports are reviewed
Each report is checked against the documented source or a better source supplied by the reporter. A correction is made only when the published entry no longer matches the source. If the evidence is unclear, the item is left unchanged and the page is marked for review rather than guessed.
How corrections are recorded
- No silent deletion. We do not erase an error without leaving a record; the correction is noted and dated.
- Correction date is marked. Each corrected entry carries the date it was updated.
- Traceability is preserved. The page's last-updated marker and the reported source show what changed and why.
This gives readers a visible trail from the original report to the published correction.
When pages are updated
Pages are updated when a primary source changes or when a correction is confirmed. Rates and transit times are published as labelled estimates and are refreshed only when a documented source changes. Every page carries a last-updated marker so you can see how current the data is.
