What we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through the get-quote form: your name, contact details and the shipment information you provide (cargo type, origin, destination, volumes). We do not require account registration and we do not collect payment details of any kind.

How the quote form works

The quote form is processed by a third-party form service (formsubmit.co) that forwards your submission to our contact inbox at [email protected]. Submitting the form means your details pass through that service. We then share the relevant shipment details with a freight provider on the corridor you selected so they can quote you — this is the sole purpose of the form.

What we do NOT collect

How long we keep information

Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to route them to a provider and respond. You can ask us to delete your request at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you submitted. We respond to such requests by email within a reasonable time.

Third-party links

Pages on this site link to external sources such as port authorities, customs authorities and carriers. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, this page is updated with the revision date. Material changes are announced on the data changelog.
